Effy Stonem - 3x03  
I know no one has posted to this in months, but I'm hoping people will see this post and help me. :)
I think this outfit is absolutely beautiful. It doesn't have to be EXACTLY the same, just something similar.

I recreated this outfit myself! For the jewelry I suggest somewhere like Ardene's, Claire's, Hot Topic, etc. For the dress, I found something pretty perfect: http://www.wewalk.com/Girls-Range-Dresses/c1_10/index.html

I bought the one with Kurt Cobain guitars. The dress is just the right length. I'd suggest the Kurt Cobain one, the Classic Dress-Paris Guitar or the Class Dress Times squares ones. The Classic Dress style is the closest out of all those dresses I think. For the lacy part she wears over top, I just bought an ankle length black slip, and then pulled it up to just under my armpits to get that look. I think she's wearing motorcycle boots, which are pretty easy to find.
